To cancel a ChatGPT subscription signed up on the chatgpt.com website, log into ChatGPT, click on the profile icon, navigate to Settings, go to the Account tab, select Manage, and then choose Cancel Subscription. For subscriptions made via mobile devices, cancellation must be done through the respective App Store for iOS or Play Store for Android.
