The introduction of advanced motion graphics tools positions DaVinci Resolve as a strong competitor against traditional software like After Effects, appealing to a broader range of users.
The one-time purchase model for the Studio version is appealing, as it supports a non-subscription-based approach, which many users prefer over ongoing fees.

Concerns

Many users feel overwhelmed by the marketing hype surrounding AI features, suggesting that the term 'AI' is being overused and detracts from the actual functionality.
There is a concern that while AI features may enhance productivity, they could also lead to backlash from artists who are wary of AI's impact on creative work.
Some users believe that the current AI capabilities in DaVinci Resolve still fall short of competitors like Lightroom, indicating room for improvement.
