Google holds $94.1 billion in SpaceX shares, representing approximately a 6% stake in the company. Of this amount, $80 billion is subject to short-term sale restrictions and $14.1 billion is subject to long-term restrictions until the third quarter of 2027.

Google will shut down the Custom Search API on January 1, 2027. The shutdown notice was issued in January 2026, and the API is currently still operational.

The European Court of Justice upheld a fine of approximately 4.1 billion euros ($4.67 billion) against Google for anti-competitive practices related to its Android mobile operating system.
