Bernie's AI bill proposes to sentence AI developers to 20 years in prison

Justine Moore on X: "Damn somehow I missed that Bernie's AI bill proposes to sentence developers & researchers working on "advanced AI" to 20 years in prison (!!)" I wonder if he’d try to keep AI researchers in the country or let them leave… if he truly believes what he’s saying, I think he’d have to keep researchers from leaving the country..
