Microsoft and OpenAI have amended their partnership agreement to enhance flexibility and certainty in their collaboration. This revised agreement aims to accelerate innovation and broaden the benefits of AI for customers of both companies.

OpenAI and Microsoft have ended their exclusive partnership, allowing OpenAI to negotiate deals with other cloud-computing companies like Amazon. Microsoft will stop sharing revenue on OpenAI products it resells as part of this agreement.

Google will invest $10 billion in Anthropic PBC, with an additional $30 billion potentially to follow. Anthropic is currently valued at $350 billion, which is consistent with its valuation from a funding round in February.

OpenAI has shut down the Sora AI video app due to legal pressures and the collapse of a $1 billion partnership with Disney. Sora struggled to gain traction and failed to replicate the success of similar platforms like TikTok and Vine.

Anthropic has launched the Claude Partner Network and invested $100 million to support partner organizations in adopting the Claude AI model. The program includes training courses, dedicated technical support, joint market development, and immediate access to a new technical certification for partners.

OpenAI has raised $110 billion in funding, achieving a valuation of $840 billion. This funding round includes $30 billion from SoftBank, $30 billion from NVIDIA, and $50 billion from Amazon, with additional investors potentially joining.
