Amazon's Mechanical Turk will stop accepting new customers on July 30, 2026. Existing customers can continue to use the service, but no new features will be introduced.

Amazon Web Services is investing multibillions in a new data center campus in Montgomery County, Missouri. The project will create over 400 full-time jobs and thousands of construction roles, including positions for electricians, HVAC technicians, network specialists, and operations managers.

Drones damaged three Amazon facilities in the UAE and Bahrain, causing sparks and fire at a data center in the UAE. Amazon Web Services is investigating related power and connectivity issues following the incidents.
